Our journey with the family began in an unexpected yet meaningful way. During a previous wedding we were managing, Shaurya’s father visited the Sangeet event to explore the venue. What caught his attention was our décor and execution. That moment turned into a conversation—and that conversation turned into trust.
An arranged marriage between Shaurya from Ahmedabad and Heta from Mumbai—both having studied in California—this wedding beautifully reflected a modern yet rooted story.

🌼 Day 1 – Mehendi & Sufi Night
📍 Venue: Casa Blanca
📅 2nd December 2025
The celebrations began at Casa Blanca, the client’s own resort, setting the perfect tone for an elegant and memorable wedding experience.
The Mehendi function was designed around a vibrant Bandhani theme, blending traditional colors, cultural elements, and festive energy that instantly transformed the venue into a lively celebration space.
As the evening unfolded, the atmosphere gracefully transitioned into a soulful Sufi Night inspired by a Moroccan lamp theme. Warm lighting, artistic décor, and live Sufi music created a magical ambience that guests truly enjoyed.
To make the experience even more special, we curated interactive elements including a handmade cone stall during the Mehendi ceremony and a beautiful gajra stall during the Sufi Night, adding a personal and memorable touch for every guest.
One of the biggest highlights of the evening was the groom’s surprise cracker entry. Planned entirely by our team and kept secret from the family, the grand entrance created a moment of excitement, joy, and unforgettable memories for everyone present.
🪔 Day 2 – Grah Shanti Ceremony
📍 Venue: Residence, Bodakdev
📅 3rd December 2025
The second day of the celebrations embraced tradition, spirituality, and family togetherness with the Grah Shanti ceremony held at the family residence in Bodakdev.
Surrounded by loved ones, the ceremony was filled with sacred rituals, prayers, and heartfelt blessings. The peaceful atmosphere created a beautiful contrast to the previous day’s festivities, bringing a sense of calm and positivity to the celebrations.
Elders guided the rituals while family members gathered to seek blessings for the couple’s new journey ahead. Every moment reflected the importance of family values, traditions, and togetherness.
Simple, serene, and deeply meaningful, the Grah Shanti ceremony marked the spiritual beginning of the wedding celebrations.
💛 Day 3 Morning – Haldi Carnival Celebration
📍 Venue: Casa Blanca
📅 4th December 2025
The Haldi ceremony was transformed into a vibrant Pastel Haldi Carnival, designed to be interactive, energetic, and truly unforgettable. Every corner of the venue reflected fun, color, and celebration, creating an atmosphere that guests instantly connected with.
The day began with the groom’s Mameru ceremony, accompanied by energetic dhol beats that filled the venue with excitement and set the perfect tone for the celebrations ahead.
As guests arrived, they stepped into a carnival-inspired experience hosted by an engaging anchor who kept the energy high through interactive games, activities, and lively entertainment throughout the event.
We curated a variety of unique experiences including casino-themed games, fun munching stalls featuring chana jor garam, popcorn, and refreshing vitamin C drinks, along with hand-engraving and calligraphy stations that added a personalized touch to the celebration.
One of the biggest crowd favorites was the high-energy “Hit the Hammer” game, which brought together both the bride’s and groom’s families in a fun-filled and competitive spirit.
The bride and groom made a grand entry with balloons and colourful smoke guns, instantly elevating the excitement and creating a picture-perfect moment for everyone present.
In the era of unique Haldi celebrations, the family wanted something truly different for their bride and groom. We brought their vision to life through a vibrant Carnival Theme Décor, highlighted by a stunning seating backdrop featuring customized portrait visuals of the couple, creating a magical and personalized setting.
Another special surprise was a Live Magic Portrait Painting, which beautifully captured the essence of the celebration and became one of the most appreciated elements of the event.
The grand finale was the joyful Phoolon Ki Holi, where flower petals filled the air and guests celebrated with unmatched enthusiasm, laughter, and happiness.
This wasn’t just a Haldi ceremony—it was a festival of joy, energy, creativity, and togetherness.
✨ Day 3 Evening – Sangeet Night
📍 Venue: Mahendra Farm
📅 4th December 2025
The Sangeet evening was envisioned as a grand and glamorous celebration, brought to life through a classic shimmery sparkling theme that perfectly reflected the client’s style and vision.
From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed through a stunning shimmery entry passage that set the tone for an elegant evening. A beautifully designed heart-reflective photo booth became a popular attraction, creating memorable photo moments throughout the event.
The venue featured a spectacular dance stage enhanced with LED effects, professional truss structures, premium lighting, and powerful sound systems, creating an immersive entertainment experience for everyone present.
The evening began with an energetic anchor engaging guests through interactive games, fun conversations, and lively activities, building excitement and setting the perfect atmosphere for the celebrations ahead.
One of the most anticipated moments was the grand couple entry, accompanied by western-style dance performers who added glamour and excitement to the occasion. This was followed by the beautiful ring ceremony, creating a memorable highlight of the evening.
Family performances brought a perfect blend of emotion, laughter, and celebration to the stage. Every performance reflected the love and bond shared by the families, making the event even more special and meaningful.
As the night progressed, the celebrations transformed into a vibrant party atmosphere with a live band performance followed by an energetic DJ session, keeping guests on the dance floor and ending the evening on a spectacular high.
More than just a Sangeet, it was a night filled with music, emotions, performances, and unforgettable memories.
🔥 Day 4 – Wedding & Reception
📍 Venue: Rajpath Club
📅 5th December 2025
The final day of the celebrations brought together grandeur, tradition, and heartfelt emotions as family and friends gathered to witness the union of two beautiful souls.
The festivities began with an energetic baraat featuring powerful Nashik dhol beats, dazzling firecrackers, and traditional safa styling. The lively procession filled the venue with excitement, music, and celebration, creating an unforgettable arrival for the groom.
The wedding ceremony commenced with a beautiful Varmala celebration, where the bride and groom exchanged garlands amidst cheers, smiles, and emotional moments shared by their loved ones.
As the evening progressed, the sacred wedding rituals and pheras took center stage. Surrounded by blessings from family and friends, every ritual reflected the values of love, commitment, and togetherness, making the ceremony deeply meaningful and spiritual.
Following the wedding rituals, the celebration gracefully transitioned into the reception. Guests came together to share their best wishes, create lasting memories, and celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in the couple’s journey.
